We have always followed stringent safety and sanitation procedures at Bankerhan, and we understand that it’s imperative for us to take extraordinary measures during these times to stay healthy and respond to new requirements and expectations.
We’d like to share with you some of the new steps and procedures we have started to implement at Bankerhan, to give you peace of mind for when you return.
Every member of our team has undergone training on safety, sanitation and physical distancing protocols, with more comprehensive instructions given to guest-facing staff as well as our housekeeping team.
Upon arrival to the hotel we will check your temperature, post check you may continue with registration.
These days it is very important to keep a safe distance, in order to remind guests and aid measuring we have put marks on the floor and have placed hand sanitizer on each floor.
All the hotel staff have started wearing masks and gloves for safety reasons. We will offer hand sanitizer and a face mask for free to all our guests upon arrival as well.
Please make sure that your room card was disinfected.
Hotel public areas and elevators are continuously being disinfected as well.
Our first priority is to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and staff.
Welcome to Bankerhan rooms:
All our maids are wearing protective masks, glasses and gloves.
They use disposable cleaning cloths for each room.
For all our guests we have prepared individual hygiene sets including hand sanitizer alcohol wipes and a face mask.
Our guest rooms and linens are disinfected after every check out.
We also frequently open the windows.
Our waiters clean tables every few hours, and we have rearranged tables so that there is a safe distance between them. Our kitchen and all materials are being disinfected frequently as well and all our food is fresh and clean.
We are doing everything possible to provide a healthy and safe environment for you. We hope you will enjoy staying with us and we are looking forward to welcoming you at Bankerhan very soon.
